Book it for an empty home and we clean every surface you would inspect: inside cabinets and closets, appliance interiors, wall scuffs where they wipe off, and the tracks of every sliding door.

We work from your house manual and your photos of how the place should look. Same-day turnovers are scheduled around your check-out and check-in times, and anything broken or missing is reported with photos.
Best for: Hosts and property managers with 1 to 10 rentals between Huntington Beach and Newport.
We do the detail clean after the contractor's rough clean: dust lifted with HEPA vacuums and damp microfiber, inside every new cabinet, light fixtures, vents and window tracks, then a final pass the next day if dust settles.

Prices are per visit and include all supplies and equipment. Your quote also accounts for pets, extra living areas and condition, and we tell you the number before you book.
