Larkhaven is a fictional company created for this demo. On a real client site, this page tells the owner's own story, with their name and photo.
Why Larkhaven exists
The idea behind Larkhaven is simple: the person who quotes your home is the person responsible for how it looks when the crew leaves. No call center, no rotating strangers, no hourly meter.
That is why we price every home up front, keep the same two-person crew on your account, and send a photo walkthrough after every visit. It is also why we cap how many homes each crew cleans in a day, so nobody is rushing the last house.
Demo note: replace this with the owner's real story, their first name and a real photo of the owner or team. That is the one thing a franchise site cannot match.
How we work
Color-coded microfiber
Separate cloths for kitchens, bathrooms and living areas, so a bathroom cloth never touches your kitchen counter.
Products that suit your home
Plant-based products by default, pH-neutral on stone and quartz, fragrance-free on request, and your own products if you prefer.
Notes that stick
Your preferences, pets, gate codes and problem spots are saved to your account, so every visit starts where the last one left off.
Tight arrival windows
Crews are scheduled by neighborhood, which keeps arrival windows to 30 minutes and the crew on time.
Paid after, not before
Your card is charged only after the clean is finished and you have the photo walkthrough.
No contracts
Recurring plans are month to month. Pause for a vacation or cancel with 48 hours notice.
Not right? We come back within 24 hours and re-clean it free.
