Price depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and the service. As a guide, a recurring clean for a 2-bedroom home starts at $149 and a deep clean at $289 (sample pricing). You get one firm, flat price before we book, so the number never changes on the day.

A regular clean follows our 68-point checklist and keeps a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean adds detail work: hand-wiped baseboards and door frames, cabinet fronts, light fixtures, window tracks and hard-water scale. If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months, start with a deep clean.

No. Most clients leave a door code or a lockbox key. The crew lead texts you when they arrive and sends a photo walkthrough before they leave.

Yes. We bring everything, including HEPA vacuums, microfiber cloths color-coded by room, and plant-based products. Fragrance-free products are available on request, and we are happy to use your own products if you prefer.

Yes. Tell us about your pets in the quote form. We vacuum pet hair from upholstery on every visit and keep doors and gates the way you left them.

Text or call at least 48 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours there is a $40 late-change fee, because your crew has already turned down other work for that slot (example policy).

Your card is charged after the clean is finished, never before. You get an itemized receipt by email. Tips are welcome but never expected.
